Who would not like to taste some smooth and fluffy bread? Guess what? You can make it yourself at home. We are back with another episode of Baking Basics where you'll know how to easily bake a yummy Focaccia Bread easily.

Ingredients:
400g All purpose flour
112g Atta
8g Instant yeast
10g Salt
460g Luke warm water
Olive Oil
Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Onions (optional)
Rosemary (optional)
Method:
Mix all purpose flour and atta in the above mentioned quantity.
Add instant yeast and olive oil after some time. Plenty of lukewarm water when added will make the dough fluffy.
Grease four small trays, divide the dough in them and bake. You can put some cherry tomatoes, onions and rosemary on the top.
